What?

We are closing cloud version of OxygenPay located at app.o2pay.co.

This doesn’t affect open-source self-hosted distribution (https://github.com/oxygenpay/oxygen)

How?

• We will keep in touch with merchants using email addressed specified in your account.
• We will perform withdrawals of funds on our behalf, no action required besides ensuring that withdrawal addresses are set. DO NOT CREATE WITHDRAWALS MANUALLY.
• You will be charged $2 or more in USD equivalent for the withdrawal based on network fees.
• Note: balances under $5 in USD equivalent will not be processed due to transaction cost constraints.

When?

• Registration will be disabled at 2024-02-03 23:00 CET
• Payment creations will be disabled at 2024-02-04 01:00 CET
• All withdrawals of existing balances will be performed until 2024-03-01

Why?

Despite our efforts and the time invested, the revenue generated has been significantly lower than anticipated. This, coupled with challenging market conditions and a lack of further investment, has rendered our business model unsustainable.

At its core, the decision stems from the basic reality that the venture has proven to be unprofitable. We deeply appreciate the support and understanding of our customers during this time.
